3. Artist Submissions, Open Calls & Art Prizes
K:art Studio may host open calls, art prizes, exhibitions, artist development programmes, and other opportunities through this website or designated submission platforms.
By submitting materials to K:art Studio, including images, videos, text, artist statements, biographies, CVs, documentation, and other content, artists confirm that the submitted materials are accurate, original where applicable, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Artists are responsible for securing any necessary permissions, licences, or releases for third-party materials, collaborators, music, images, performances, or copyrighted elements included in their submitted work.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific open call or programme terms, artists retain copyright and ownership of their submitted works. By submitting, artists grant K:art Studio a limited right to use submitted materials for purposes related to the relevant opportunity, including exhibitions, online showcases, catalogues, press, social media, website features, newsletters, art fair presentations, collector previews, promotional materials, and archival records.
Submission, selection, shortlisting, or participation in any K:art Studio programme does not guarantee gallery representation, sales, acquisition, art fair presentation, museum exhibition, or placement in any private or institutional collection.
K:art Studio reserves the right to select, shortlist, award, exhibit, archive, or promote submitted works at its curatorial discretion.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Any entry fees, application fees, administration fees, or participation fees will be clearly stated at the point of submission or registration.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once submitted.
K:art Studio is not responsible for any additional charges, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or transaction fees applied by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
5. Events, Exhibitions, Projects & Collaborations
Information provided about exhibitions, workshops, events, art fairs, open calls, collaborations, and other projects is for general guidance only.
K:art Studio reserves the right to make changes, postponements, cancellations, or updates to events, exhibitions, deadlines, formats, venues, programme details, or prize structures where reasonably necessary.
Participation in specific events, exhibitions, open calls, or projects may be subject to additional terms, which will be communicated separately where applicable.
