A New Feeling is a group exhibition of photographic works presented at Four Corners from 3–8 February 2026. Bringing together artists whose practices engage with atmosphere, trace, and emotional residue, the exhibition approaches absence not as lack or negation, but as a perceptible condition—one that emerges through subtle tensions, habitual gestures, and what quietly remains.

Rather than treating photography as a medium of explanation or documentation, A New Feeling foregrounds its affective potential. Across the exhibition, images operate as sites of suspension, where meaning lingers between visibility and sensation. The works resist narrative closure, allowing ambiguity and emotional residue to persist.

Central to the exhibition is the idea that absence can be felt materially. Shadows, surfaces, fragments, and spaces marked by use function as residues of lived experience, folding memory, intimacy, and time into the photographic image. The exhibition avoids didactic interpretation, instead inviting viewers to attune themselves to mood, duration, and embodied perception.

Through images that linger rather than declare, A New Feeling proposes a slow, attentive mode of looking—one that remains open to what is sensed but not fully known.
